Patent certification

A patent application is a necessary procedure for obtaining a patent. The patent shall be granted to the State Patent Office by the applicant and approved by the State Patent Office and the certificate shall be issued. When applying for a patent to the State Patent Office, an applicant should also submit a series of application documents, such as requests, instructions, summaries and claims, etc.
